Yes. Villa Vargas is rented as one whole house and nothing less. All three bedrooms, both kitchens, the garden terrace and the heated pool belong to your group for the length of the stay — never shared with other guests and never split into separate bookings.
How many guests can the villa accommodate?
Up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 5 beds: one bedroom with two queen beds, the master with one king bed, and a third with two single beds. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, air conditioning and flat-screen television.
What is included with the villa?
A private heated pool, an enclosed garden terrace with outdoor dining, an outdoor kitchen with bar and grill, two fully equipped kitchens, two laundry areas, air conditioning throughout, ceiling fans, premium mattresses and linens, flat-screen TVs, purified drinking water on both floors and high-speed Wi-Fi. Beach towels, chairs and an umbrella are in the house. Parking on the property is free.

How far is the villa from the beach?
A seven-minute walk. Villa Vargas is not a beachfront property — it sits on a quiet residential street one block back, which keeps it private and quiet at night while still being an easy walk to the sand, the restaurants and the shops. Puerto Vallarta International Airport is about forty-five minutes away by road.
Is the pool private and heated?
Both. The pool is enclosed by the villa and used only by your group, and it is heated and open year-round, at any hour.
Can you help with special requests or getting around town?
Yes. Our villa management team can arrange custom touches such as flowers, wine or balloons for a special occasion, and offers in-house golf cart rental — Sayulita's preferred way to get around town.
